Community

Community page

This page should explain how the Maple Frontier community works: where updates happen, how support is handled, and how players stay connected outside the game.

What this page is for

Community is not the same thing as server setup or CAD access. This is the social and support side of Maple Frontier: Discord, announcements, events, conversations, and how staff and players interact.

Join Discord

General community

For conversation, meeting players, asking simple questions, and staying connected to the server's day-to-day life.

Announcements

For major changes, maintenance, wipes, event notices, and important updates everyone should see quickly.

Support and tickets

For reports, private issues, technical help, and situations that should stay organized instead of getting buried in chat.

Discord flow

Discord is the operating room.

The website should point people toward Discord for real-time action. That is where tickets, announcements, event reminders, and community coordination belong.

Announcements

Use for official updates, changes, maintenance, and decisions the whole player base should know.

Events

Use for organized community activity, future event nights, and scheduled roleplay gatherings.

Moderation and support

Use for tickets, follow-up, staff contact, and keeping issues contained to the right channels.

Community expectations

Join Discord before you need help so you are already in the right place when something goes wrong.
Read announcements and server notices first before opening repeat questions or support requests.
Use tickets for private problems, account issues, appeals, or anything staff needs to track properly.
Keep community chat respectful and welcoming so new players do not bounce off the server before they even log in.
